I had the most incredible evening at the House of Lords for the Contact awards! 💜✨ A room packed full of inspiring advocates, families, charities, MP’s, siblings & grandparents. I’m so grateful for my MP Gideon Amos for attending to support my nomination as Change Maker for my AAC advocacy – we had such a brilliant conversation regarding AAC misinformation, gatekeeping, what the blocks are for families & will be planning a meeting soon to discuss this in more detail. Watch this space – time to step things up! 👀🤩
