We had a magical (Christmas) AAC moment this morning, one that’s only possible because of Ethan’s AAC device. 🎄⭐️

It’s 1st December so, of course, we had our Advent Calendars ready to go. We had kept this hidden but this morning when I walked in with them Ethan’s eyes lit up & he seemed to recognise it straight away. We didn’t say anything specific & waited to see if Ethan would remember what was happening & if he remembered what it was called. We navigated to the “Time” folder & Ethan was able to navigate “Special Days” – “Christmas” & without hesitation press “Advent Calendar”. He remembers. And, can tell us. 😭🎄✨

This is what Christmas magic looks, sounds & feels like to us. 💜
